Refund policy

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Please return items in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all garment tags still attached.

  2. Use the original packaging where possible.

  3. Attach the returns label on the back of your dispatch note.

  4. You can also book a return (ROI only) with An Post Returns. Go to:

  5. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Diffusion cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not cover the cost of returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within up to 5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider—processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Sale items can be exchanged only. They are not eligible for refunds.
Store credit will be issued instead.


Exchanges

We can exchange items if they arrive to you defective or damaged, or if you need a different size of the same product (subject to availability).
Email us at info@diffusion.ie and return the item to our Sutton Cross address above.


Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we will issue a gift credit once the return is received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted.
